Under the mask! Meet our Symmes staff!IMPORTANT UPDATEDuring planned construction on our school change rooms last week, the presence of mold was found in one of our walls. For the health and safety of our students and staff, we are forced to close a wing of our school until the problem can be fixed. This has impacts on the way we utilize the space in our school and we must change the re-entry dates for our students. The new re-entry dates are as follows:Friday August 28th– Grade 7 ONLYMonday August 31st– Friday September 4th– Grade 7 8 ONLYTuesday September 8th– ALL GRADES (7 to 11)Please see the letter from the school board with all the information regarding the discovery of the mold and the follow-up.We apologize for changing the dates with such short notice, but this is a situation out of our control. As always, the health and safety of our students and staff remain our priority.
