Your health and safety is our priority and the reason we are here. We monitor our staff and our practice protocols daily. We pledge to provide or guide you to the best women’s healthcare available. With the guidance of the CDC and other medical experts, we continually update our protocols and policies regarding COVID and other infection control concerns. We believe the risk of infection from coronavirus or any other infectious disease during a medical office visit is extremely low.At Swor Women’s Care, we always have and continue to practice advanced infection control protocols. We have added extra health measures such as having handwash/sanitizers and masks available upon your arrival if needed. We sanitize the office daily and have limited traffic and patient volumes and offer in-vehicle waiting options. We have not and do not seen patients in the office with COVID-19 symptoms, related travel or contact exposures but can offer advice by phone or portal.For everyone’s peace of mind, patients and/or support persons are still required to wear a mask at this point. All staff, patients and visitors will answer COVID-19 screening questions and have their temperature checked. Masks are optional in exam rooms for healthy fully vaccinated people. For our staff who still are susceptible to COVID, we will continue to require masks, but it is optional for all others.Based on CDC and expert guidance, masks and social distancing are optional for approved members of our staff. Other pandemic precautions will still remain in place, especially screening, testing and quarantine for people with viral symptoms.For patients and visitors...Masks are still required for entry into our office and in public areas. Although the CDC has relaxed its guidelines, we will continue this policy to protect patients at risk. Please let us know when you arrive if you need a mask to come into the office.Used incorrectly, protective gloves can increase transmission risk. We ask you to remove gloves before entering into our office.Patients that are sick or quarantined or who prefer to do a visit by telemedicine, can arrange this as easily as an in-person visit. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the best companies and the final ranking.
