COVID PCR testing for children with symptoms is available at our offices using a painless nasal swab. Depending on testing availability, we may send the specimens to Labcorp (results typically come back in 2-4 days), or, if available, we may be able to run the PCR test in our office for more rapid results. Because of the current surge of cases, rapid tests have become very scarce. We cannot guarantee test availability. If your child has suggestive symptoms, we recommend a sick appointment at the Roswell or Windward office for an evaluation. For exposure without symptoms, please click here for testing options, or send us a portal message to discuss drive-through testing at CHOA.
