We are pleased to announce that we will begin reopening our practice to non-urgent cases in select locations starting on Monday, May 4th. We are overjoyed to have the opportunity to provide quality patient care and we place the highest priority on protecting our staff and patients. Substantial efforts have been put forth by our team to prevent the spread of infection- both routinely and added processes since the coronavirus emerged. These additions include but are not limited to:We have implemented enhanced sanitizing and disinfecting protocols.We will ask you pre-screening questions for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure prior to setting and confirming your appointment.We are limiting appointment availability to ensure social distancing can be maintained.Our check-in process has been altered to avoid patient congregation at the front desk or waiting area.Our staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves.We will limit office entry to patients only, unless in the case where special assistance is needed, then one caregiver may accompany the patient.Our entire staff has received enhanced training on our new protocols.As a reminder, during this time of social distancing, we have a reduced volume of in-person visits, and encourage our patients to take advantage of our telemedicine services as an alternative when clinically possible.
