This was our second trip with Enchanting Travels. Our first was to Bali. This trip was a driving trip to the Utah National Parks and the Grand Canyon. We trusted Enchanting Travels to set up an itinerary that would enable us time to see all the sites without feeling rushed. The planning they did on short notice was perfect. Our personal trip coordinator did a great job of keeping in contact, answering questions and making reservations. Highlights were a helicopter trip over the Grand Canyon and many hikes into breathtaking areas. Enchanting Travels makes trip planning so easy and the trip itself an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend them.
My husband and I had a 3 weeks trip to Argentina planned by Enchanting Travels in February-March 2020. Our Travel Consultant organized a very good trip for us, he looked after every detail. Once in Argentina, our Trip Coordinator. kept in contact with us almost every day and made sure the trip was going well. All the drivers were on time for tours and the tour guides were very well chosen. Everything went very well, but five days before the end of our trip, the coronavirus became a pandemic. The Argentine government closed the borders to US flights where we were to fly back. Enchanting was extremely supportive in helping us leave and made all the necessary arrangements for us overnight so that we could fly to Canada the same day. As they advertised, Enchanting Travels really offers a 24/7 service. We were glad that we had booked the trip with a travel agency that was supportive, especially when the coronavirus brought complications to travelling. We will certainly deal with them again in the future if we are to travel to destinations where they offer service.
My wife and I have been planning a trip through South America and our Travel Consultant, Lisa Fox, has provided nothing but exceptional service and support to create the perfect itinerary for this trip. Bags were nearly packed and we could picture the view from Machu Picchu, but plans have had to change due to travel safety and restrictions from the recent Coronavirus. While this could have been a very stressful time having to reschedule, rebook and who knows how much money could have been lost for what has already been paid for, Enchanting Travels has made it incredibly easy and stress free to reschedule the trip once this passes. Three years ago, we booked a safari tour of Tanzania through Enchanting Travels. We received complete support from Enchanting’s travel experts from day one. Overall, every member of our group of ten was absolutely thrilled by the experience of a lifetime. Based on that experience, our group again booked a tour of Japan. Just before our tour date, the Covid19 pandemic raised its ugly head and we had to postpone our trip and later cancel it entirely. The folks at Enchanting Travels understood the implications of this unprecedented global situation, our health risks, and the huge financial loss we were facing due to the cancellation of the trip. They worked diligently with their travel partners in Japan and issued Credit Vouchers for us for a future trip (of course, only after the Covid19 threat vanishes). That was a very fair deal. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and promptness with which they handled our plight.
