Citrus Ridge Decorative Artists purpose is to teach, inspire and share the creativity of decorative arts. Citrus Ridge Decorative Artists (CRDA) is a local chapter of the Society of Decorative Painters (SDP). We received our charter in 2009. The chapter welcomes painters of all levels and follows the guidelines of the SDP. We welcome you to join us to pursue and enhance your talents as a decorative artist. CRDA general meetings are the 4th Saturday of the month at 9 AM is followed by a painting program/workshop. Check the newsletter or the website to see where the meeting is to be held and what is happening for lunch each month. Breakfast goodies and coffee are generally provided. Hampton Inn 22900 Highway 27 Lake Wales, FL 33859 The Porch Light CRDA has made a donation of $350 to The Porch Light. This is a program run by the Florida Baptist Children's Home in Lakeland, Florida to help meet the need for safe homes for child victims of domestic sex trafficking. The Porch Light provides shelter, unconditional love and a safe place to begin a new life. In addition to providing care to victims, The Porch Light also focuses on sex trafficking prevention and advocacy efforts. These efforts include educating the public about protecting their children, knowing the signs and detecting behaviors that may indicate that a child needs help.
