Lowell Observatories 200k Note: Because of the continuance of the COVID-19 spread, these events will be run "Touchless" and without support. This is to help maintain the safety of our riders and support persons. Please read thru our Guidlines for Safe Participation. They were updated on 12-Dec, 2020.

Join us for the BRM 100th anniversary ride! The route starts in Flagstaff. It visits both Lowell Observatory Telescopes, the Navy Precision Optical Interferometer (NPOI) and Mormon Lake. The 200k rides by the 3rd Lowell telescope (called Discovery Channel Telescope) with a great view on the outbound leg. We will also visit Happy Jack and Clint's Well. Recall that Pluto was discovered at Lowell back on Feb 18, 1930.

Terrain: The route mostly rolling with one long-ish climb on the return. The climbs up to the telescopes are short but steep. You're welcome!
