Description:

This is an old page. For the latest updated lab webpage please go to https://gtl.csa.iisc.ac.in/ At the Game Theory Lab, our focus is on creating rigorous solutions basedon game theory, mechanism design, machine learning, and optimization tointeresting modern problems arising at the interface of computer science andeconomics. Our current research themes include algorithmic game theory (computationalsocial choice), mechanisms with learning (multi-armed bandit mechanisms),crowdsourcing mechanisms, and network science. The applications span a wide canvas including Internet advertising, auction design, matching markets, crowdsourcing, social network analysis, and online education.
