After being established for a number of years, we have gained quite the portfolio of work, gaining experience in building timber frames used in projects for various sectors. We manufacture precision engineered timber frame systems in our 200,000 sq ft facility in Limavady, Northern Ireland. At FastHouse we offer three varying offsite timber frame panel systems: The Closed Panel System, Hybrid Panel System and Open Panel System. This is our fully closed system. Like our hybrid system wall panels are designed to client specifications. However, electrical conduits, electrical boxes, doors and windows can all be installed into the timber frame panels within the factory before they are wrapped in protective plastic and delivered to site. This product offers the most benefits in speed and quality because minimal works are required on-site and every element of the panels are manufactured to the highest standard in a quality controlled factory environment. Components differ to the open panel in that panels are designed to client specifications and factory fitted with high performance insulation, airtightness seals and membranes to provide a high energy performing external envelope. Compared to our open system, you get the benefit of doing less on-site and more constructed in a controlled factory environment with greater benefits in speed and quality.
