Welcome to The Boat House on Marco Island

I'll make it quick......We will be back! Out of the box-check-in, I knew The Boat House stay was going to be righteous. We were greeted on a level that said.....I am so glad you are here. The room was clean and well sorted. Great internet service. TV with an outstanding picture and channel selection. A clean bathroom with a collection of quality towels that would be the envy of many mid to upper range hotels. The pool was inviting. Come by boat--no problem. They have 3 or 4 slips to tie up your boat. You came to Marco Island to fish......no problem at the Boat House. Toss a line off the dock to try your luck. Yes, we will be back!

Visiting Marco Island Florida for a quick visit for the first time for a friend's wedding. My husband I booked the Boat House Motel. We could have fallen more in love with it!! A wonderfully family owned business. Like I said a 2 day visit which will bring us back to The BoatHouse Motel for a longer stay. The entire BoatHouse Family is SO Helpful! The rooms are so sweet with personal touches which really make you feel like you are "at home". Wonderful location, FANTASTIC view and lovely staff. Thank You BoatHouse Family! See you soon!!

Older, clean motel. Huge rooms & comfy beds. Relax on the docks at night, and hear the huge fish swimming underneath. Great stay! Would highly recommend! Very cost effificient for Marco Island. Comes with kitchen and minimal dishes.

We stayed 2 nights at the Boat House Motel, a nice quiet place on beautiful Marco Island. The motel is not that modern, but it is clean and the staff is really friendly. We had a room upstairs and slept like babies. The motel has a small pool, a laundry and an ice machine, plus a fridge and coffee-making facilities in the room, everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance. Since the motel is on the water's edge there is hardly any traffic going by. Next shopping possibilities are more than a mile away.

This is great little place to stay in Old Marco. We came by boat with friends, but didnt want to stay on the boat. Clean, quiet, friendly staff and in close proximity to good restaurants. We used uber and Lyft, as well as our feet to get around. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was well decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a peaceful 4 night getaway at the Boat House...a perfect location for launching daily adventures on and off Marco Island. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with lots of fluffy towels and a very comfortable bed. Being on the quiet end of the island, walking distance to good restaurants, was perfect for us. And being right on the water was delightful! We loved having morning coffee watching the boats, birds, and even dolphins. A wonderful stay. We hope to return.

Cozy and clean hotel away from the crowds. Friendly owners and very quiet and safe. Would stay there again and would recommend to anyone visiting Marco Island to stay there. Close enough to the water and some attractions, but far enough away from all the traffic.

A small motel tucked into the tip of Marco Island. Sparkling clean with amenities you would not expect in such a little place. Soft towels, comfy bed. everything you needed and we were constantly asked if there was anything else we would require. Great dock on the waterway to sit and enjoy the sunsets.

Best place I've stayed so far! Seriously amazing accommodations, the girls at the front were so friendly and welcoming! I absolutely loved the hospitality and everything else. The dock by the pool is so relaxing and very clean. Zero complaints and I will definitely be back Soon! Thank you!

Clean. Comfortable bed. Peaceful, secluded dock where we were able to watch dolphins jumping. Super nice staff. Wonderful small touches that make it feel like home. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing little place. The owner’s attention to details in the rooms and around  the grounds is incredible. The beds and bedding were Very comfy! I will stay here every time I’m in the area. It’s a perfect location for boating as well. Thanks for a great stay!!
