Groundswell is a collective of community builders who believe we can make a difference.
Right here, right now, in North Mississippi, people are suffering from food insecurity and inadequate living conditions. Neighborhoods are falling into disrepair. Local school students need everything from winter clothing to extra tutoring to get ahead in school. If we don’t help them, who will?
So roll up your sleeves and join us. This community is ours. It’s up to us to make it swell.

What We Do
Groundswell is built on relationships.
Connect events are purely social. They’re designed for our members to connect and learn about one another.
There is good to be done right in front of you.
Tackle a work project right in your neighborhood. This could mean pitching in on a Habitat for Humanity build, helping plant a neighborhood garden, stocking a food pantry, and other hands-on projects.
