Blanca Realty Limited (“Blanca Realty”) is the real estate brokerage and property management division of the McLean Group which is also active in construction through Harbour Landing Construction. Established in 1972, the McLean Group is a diversified family owned business with deep real estate roots but also active in the film and television sector owning and operating Vancouver Film Studios, Pacific Backlot Services (production services and equipment rentals) and Signal Systems (data and radio communication services). The McLean Group also owns Blackcomb Aviation, a leading helicopter charter company in British Columbia and gives back to the community through its charitable foundation, the McLean McCuaig Foundation.

Despite our recent investments in operating businesses, real estate development and investment is still a core focus. Blanca Realty was established in the 1980’s as a means of managing residential real estate transactions and marketing commercial properties. Since Blanca’s inception we have added several more licensed realtors and property managers to the Blanca team. We have evolved over the years and now offer real estate brokerage services, marketing, and property management. We have a lengthy history of constructing, owning, managing and selling real estate, a coordinated approach which has served us and our clients well.
