Gardendale Primary Care is the office of Dr. Gilbert F. Douglas, IV, D.O. Gardendale Primary Care joined the medical staff of Norwood Clinic, Inc. in July of 2016. The clinic is experienced in Internal Medicine and provides convenient, competent, and personal primary care. We look forward to caring for you!
