Code Consulting & Inspection Services, LLC (CC&I) offers Chapter 1 building code inspections, Chapter 17 special inspections, code consulting, building department supplemental services, plan review services, commercial property inspections, property condition assessments (PCA), Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), third party inspections, construction quality assurance, and other inspection services. Our team provides accurate analysis, consultation, and detailed documentation in a timely fashion for residential, commercial, and state owned properties. CC&I provides third party inspection services for the SC Office of School Facilities (OSF) and the SC Office of the State Engineer (OSE). Our team of inspectors has been a part of over 900 projects with these departments and has a combined experience of well over 100 years in the inspection field.
