Learn More Projects Suffolk Downs The redevelopment of Suffolk Downs, the former horse racing site on the border of East Boston and neighboring Revere, is one of the largest real estate projects in Boston’s history. Learn More Projects Balfour at Brookline In 2019 Welltower acquired the former Newbury College Campus in Brookline, MA for a proposed senior living development and selected HYM to lead the development of Balfour at Brookline, a 160 unit senior living facility. Learn More Projects Boston Landing NB Development Group and New Balance brought HYM on to assist with the development, permitting, and build-out of Boston Landing, a 1.9-million-square-foot mixed use campus in Boston’s Allston/Brighton neighborhood. Learn More Projects 80 Guest Street In partnership with NB Development Group, HYM developed a 10-story, Class A office building attached to the Warrior Ice Arena, the new practice facility for the Boston Bruins. The team fast-tracked design for a 2016 groundbreaking and opened to residents in 2018. The facility is attached to 80 Guest Street. Learn More Projects NorthPoint NorthPoint was a stalled 45-acre development site straddling Cambridge, Somerville and Boston with infrastructure, environmental, permitting and other major hurdles. Learn More Projects Twenty | 20 HYM designed, permitted and delivered the first Class A luxury multi-family in the NorthPoint neighborhood, raising the profile of the East Cambridge rental market.
