Founded in 2005, gaiacreative, llc, is an award-winning full-service agency operated by Sarah Douglas and Jessica Henley. We're not your typical marketing and design firm. We think big without big office overhead. We brainstorm concepts on mountain bikes and skis. We get our inspiration from life's rich experiences. And we fill up on those experiences as often as possible.

Jessica is a strategist, implementer, communicator, and thinker. She may be found brainstorming your next headline on her morning trail run, and she loves coming up with communication plans, implementing them and seeing the return on investment. Her pedigree includes a Bachelors Degree in Business & Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She spentmany years working for advertising agencies in Colorado and California.

sarah douglas

Sarah's approach to design is clean, well crafted, and thoughtful. Her design experience over the past 21 years has included everything from corporate identity and branding, product and packaging, websites, all manner of print materials, design of odd objects (solar-powered trailers and the like), and more. Sarah enjoys understanding clients' goals and bringing them to life through typography, color, pattern and images.
