Riverboat Ribbon Cutting: American Duchess

The American Duchess is the smallest vessel in the American Queen Voyages Fleet, sleeping 166 passengers. The ship started cruising in 2017 after its rebuild. Unique to the ship is that it was the former Isle of Capri Casino riverboat, then based out of Bettendorf, IA.
