The Two Hundred Club of Greater Miami, Inc. was founded in 1968 by Ben Benjamin, Ben C. McGahey, Samuel J. Powers, Jr., Ralph Renick and Don Shoemaker. It was patterned after the One Hundred Club of Detroit, which has operated with outstanding accomplishments in that city since 1952. Read More

The purpose of The Two Hundred Club is to benefit the families of law enforcement officers and fire fighters when those officers or fire fighters have lost their lives in the line of duty. Since its inception, The Two Hundred Club has made benefit payments and contributions in excess of $1,000,000.Read More

Membership

There are two levels of membership for the 200 Club of Greater Miami: Individual ($400 annually) and Couple ($600 annually). Two gourmet dinner meetings per year, in Spring and Fall, are included in membership dues. Some notable past speakers include: Dave Barry, Dick Cheney, Janet Reno, Billy Corben and Jeb Bush. The Club does not seek public funds; it is supported by the dues paid by its members, proceeds from the Club’s investments and occasional bequests.Apply For Membership
