The National Association of Black Social Workers (NABSW) has elected Melissa Haley as its 14th national president. Haley, who serves as the Director of Supportive Services at Volunteers of America, manages the behavioral health and permanent supportive housing services for vulnerable populations, including veterans, throughout our 16-parish service area. Donating your car helps us do so much. Your donation funds charitable programs that help children seeking adoptive parents, mentoring and enrichment programs for at-risk youth and support for persons with disabilities. Donating your car helps us serve veterans who are homeless and provides lasting solutions for homeless persons in recovery from substance abuse.
