The staff is lovely and so is the jewelry! Smyth is my “go to” for jewelry and gifts! They carry a wide range of beautiful jewelry on a continuum of price points, and many high end gift items. The staff is efficient, friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about their products. Smyth is my first (and usually the only) stop for gifts for others or myself! Got the spa treatment for my engagement ring and wedding band. So impressed! My rings looked unbelievably sparkly afterwards. Staff was extremely nice as well. Definitely a loyal Smyth customer. Mike at the Ellicott City location was an absolute dream to work with! He made getting a ring reset and redesigned fun and stress-free. He knows I’m on a time crunch for it and made sure to ask vendors if they could work as quickly as possible to make it all possible. I cannot wait to see the final results! They have beautiful jewelry and a great selection of gifts in all price ranges. A special shout out to Lilly who helped me with a new diamond setting recently; very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. I’m so so so happy I bought my girlfriend (now fiancé) her engagement ring here. I can’t thank Lilly (and the rest of the staff there) enough for everything they has done for us. Lilly is absolutely amazing! I came in with my father to look at rings and she was super helpful. I showed her a picture of the ring I was looking for/ or something similar. She brought out a few selections and it was easy breezy from there. Came back a few months later after I proposed to get the ring sized. They only took one day to do that
