Adrian specialises increatingedible spaces from kitchen gardens tourban farms anchored in a Nature Based Approach to food growing that encompasses principles and techniques fromOrganic and Sustainable Agriculture, Biodynamic Farming, Permaculture Design.

Workshops and Training are our other passion, delivering tailored engagements to getChefs, Teachers, Schools,community and corporate groups growing and harvesting their own fresh produce.

Burwood Brickworks +Acre Eatery and Farm Burwood

We are working with farm-to-table group Acre Farm and Eatery and property developersFrasers Property Australiato create Australias first Rooftop Urban Farm in a retail environment at theformer Burwood Brickworks site, Melbourne.

Comprising of up to 2000SQMs of productive urban agricultural space this farm-to-table system will provide fresh produce direct to the Acre Eatery and will showcase nature based approaches to growing food in an urban environment.
