De raíces extremeñas, Don Antonio Iglesias Ibarra y Doña Luisa Macarro Guerrero, encaminaron sus objetivos futuros en el barrio de Bellvitge, en L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, abriendo un bar en 1980, el “Bar los Iglesias”, muy acorde a los años de entonces pero sobre todo, destacaba por su ambiente acogedor y por ofrecer desayunos y comidas a cientos de trabajadores de la zona y alrededores.En 1987, tras el cierre del cine Lumiere, a tan sólo 300m del bar, vieron la oportunidad de ampliar su negocio, y junto a sus hijos, decidieron trasladarse, cambiando un espacio de 100 m2 a uno de más de 700 m2. Actualmente conocido como Restaurante La Flama, este negocio familiar con más de 30 años situado en el barrio de Bellvitge, es conocido por su gran variedad de tapas, desayunos y sus grandes celebraciones.
