Lovely hotel in University Circle Nice hotel in a great area for exploring museums, the Botanical garden (right across the street). Rooms are a nice size, clean and the bed was Super comfy. The breakfast was good, considering the whole Covid Crackdown going on. Staff were really nice and accommodating. There are no refrigerators/ microwave in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff, great location Our arrival was delayed unexpectedly and the staff was very accommodating and flexible in waiving the cancellation charges. Upon arrival, they were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is close to Case Western Reserve University at University Circle, within walkable distance to museums and botanical garden.
The only minus is the bed was too soft for our preference.
Will definitely come back again for future visits (and hope to be able to get a firmer bed).

Charming Stayed here during a mother/daughter spa trip. The hotel was beautiful, charming and quaint. Loved everything about it, including the location. Only downfall, which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was the housekeeping staff! They literally pounded on our door and woke us up at 830 am. Then they knocked two more times before 1030! I finally answered the door and asked what time check out was- she confirmed it was noon and apologized for disturbing us! If you stay here, just use the Do Not Disturb sign.

Lovely, Convenient and Historic Boutique Hotel This hotel is a beautiful and quiet place to stay. The former family home section has beautiful seating and meeting areas that can be used for formal group receptions, or just relaxing with loved ones. Each common room has a uniquely beautiful mantelpiece. The private rooms are lovely and clean too. We found out too late that they offer a free breakfast. When we inquired about a restaurant on the property, the front desk girl didn't tell us about this offering. We wished she would have-

Can’t wait to go back! What a charming hotel!(mansion) it was so cozy, warm and inviting. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet impressive.
The location was perfect, too. We enjoyed dinner in Little Italy and the next day my husband went to the VA, around the corner, for his appointment. Next time I want to go the the nearby museums.

great breakfast included, good location for museums, Case Western We stayed one night while visiting Case Western University. Our room was in the modern wing at the end/corner, so we had windows on 2 sides which was nice. The included breakfast was extensive, with eggs, sausage, french toast, cinnamon buns, cold cuts/cheeses, toast, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc. A little pricey but good ambiance and elegance. The shower head could have some improvements. Good location for Case Western and some of the Cleveland museums. Easy to walk around the area. No mini fridge in room. More

A lovely historic hotel in a great location We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Glidden House, a 1910 mansion converted to a boutique hotel. The old house was beautiful, and our room in the new wing was comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent, with three museums, Case Western Reserve, and the botanical garden all within a few blocks. We appreciated the on-site parking and the excellent breakfast buffet served in the old mansion.

Lovely place This is a great lil boutique hotel, with fabulous food is a perfect location. Going to this hotel exploring the area is a perfect weekend getaway, I highly recommend it! It also has wonderful grounds for events or weddings, beautiful gardens patios
