This Return Policy only applies to products purchased on and returned to CES Online by the original purchaser.

Except as otherwise described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged, unopened, unused, unaltered, and untampered). When you make your return, you’ll need to note credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging and receive prior Return Authorization (“RA”) from CES.

CES will pay the freight for products you return if the total return value is more than $75; provided, the return must be approved with a RA and meet all other conditions of CES’s return policy. Certain exclusions may apply. Regardless of the total value, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping for any returnable products that have a packaged length of over 4 feet (for example, pipe products).

We have the right to reject returns or refunds of any products at our discretion that (i) have been installed and/or energized, (ii) we specially stock or order for you, (iii) are not readily saleable, (iv) are on sale or clearance, or (v) are identified as non-cancellable or non-refundable, which includes but is not limited to, and without such specific reference, wire cuts, and solar pv modules. Your purchases of these items are final.

You can call our Customer Service Department at 1.866.634.9853 to help walk you through the return process. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (CT).

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received at CES without correct documentation may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due. Returned products that are received by CES without RA or other required documentation may cause delays in processing your return and are subject to rejection and return without credit.
