Update to advice to Club Centres Member in respect of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) The Club National Executive ( NEC ) has updated its guidance with respect to the latest Rule of 6 announcement from the government. Changes to Black and Silver Numberplates from 1st Jan 2021 The FBHVC has released a statement from the DVLA regarding changes to the Black and Silver Numberplates, effective from the 1st January 2021. This affects vehicles registered after 1st January 1980. It also notes that from the 1st January 2021, you will not be able to get new numberplates with the Euro symbol - existing plates are not affected.You can read the article on the FBHVC Website.
