The project is being implemented in 200 ropanis of land with the plantation of around 35,000 plants of Agar wood. Agarwood, the “Wood of the Gods” has been traded and highly coveted for thousands of years. The resinous wood is used as incense, for medicinal purposes, and pure resin in distilled form is used as an essential oil as well as a perfume component. Along with it, 5000 plants of timber and 1000 plants of different types of fruits has been planted.
The company with humble input into the agricultural sectors and livelihood of local farmers is equally focusing on promoting agro-tourism and has scheduled plan to convert the site in the home stay that reflects the traditional Nepalese culture in 3 years of time.
