Tootsie, our social distancing cow is ready and traring to go. Join us for an exciting time on Aug.15th for a game of Cow Pattie Bingo. This is a virtual event on YouTube for everyone to enjoy. Tootsie is scheduled to be the star of “Cow Pattie Bingo,” to raise money for the installation of a handicap access lift at the Livermore Community Hall. Ninety-six, three-foot squares will be outlined in a corral and when Tootsie makes a deposit, the owner of that square will collect green of a different kind. The festivities will be hosted by renowned singer and Western poet, Gary McMahan, and music provided by Gary, and local veterinarian turned western music artist Kathy Garrison, will keep your toes a tappin while the cow is a crappin. “We are hoping for a precision strike rather than carpet bombing,” said Community Hall Board President Terry Creekmore.We have enlisted Tootsie, Gary, and Kathy to help us make it more user friendly. Like many things, COVID-19 has derailed our plans for a gala plop drop, so our Cow Pattie Bingo event will be streamed on YouTube. Tickets are $25.00 per square; squares are three foot by three foot and there will be ninety-six. Squares can be purchased on our website at www.livermorecommunityclub.org or mail checks made payable to Livermore Community Hall, % Rene Lee, P. O. Box 53, Livermore, CO 80536. Game rules are also posted on the website. Purchasers must be eighteen or over. Our goal is to sell all ninety-six square by August 11th.Board member Rene Lee added, “I don’t know what Gary will think about Tootsie getting top billing, but what the heck, it is for a good cause.GREAT FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITY FOR THE LIVERMORE HALL    SUPPORT!Cow Pattie Bingo RulesPerson must be 18 or older to purchase a ticket and/or win a prize. One ticket per square.Player/Ticket holder need not be present to win.Player/Ticket holder is responsible for all associated fees/taxes.No tickets will be sold after Aug. 11th or when all squares are sold.Aug. 13th numbers and names will be drawn randomly. Aug. 14th emails will be sent to the ticket holders with their numbers.The actual “field of dreams grid” area will be clearly marked with all squares being 3-foot X 3-foot and the area will be protected with a barrier or fence. Ticket holders must respect Covid-19 restrictions.This event can be watched on YouTube Aug. 15, 2020. Tootsie, the Livermore social distancing cow will be led into the” field of dreams grid” area by an appropriate handler and let free to roam within the area until a square has been adorned with the dung or the time allotment of 2 hours has expired. At that time the winner will be determined by a drawing.The numbered ticket that corresponds with the numbered square that contains the splat deposit will be declared the winner. In the event of a “Cross Over Plop” the square with the largest portion of poo will be declared the winner. The “poo officials” (who are not allowed to participate in the raffle) will determine the results.Any disputes or claims must be registered with the judges.The results or decision of the “poo officials” will be publicly posted.The Livermore Community Hall must post the “Rules” so all participants understand the conduct of the event.We are anticipating selling all squares. 1/3 of the profit from the entire sale will be awarded as the prize, and the remaining 2/3 will go to the Livermore community Club Handicap Access Fund.This is a virtual event because of Covid-19 so please join the fun on YouTube Aug. 15, 2020.  Thank you so much for your support and good luck.Livermore Community Club Board Members ALL ACTIVITIES for the 4th July Celebration are cancelled, per Larimer County Department of Health and Environment- Including the KIDS Fishing Contest,  Saturday Craft Fair, Parade, and Fireworks Red Feather Lakes Community Association, will be holding it s Annual Meeting on July 5th 2020 at 3PM.
