From an overabundance of caution, Concordia Historical Institute has closed its two museums - one at the LCMS International Center headquarters in Kirkwood, Missouri, and the other at the exhibit hall of CHI on the campus of Concordia Seminary in Clayton, Missouri.Additionally, visits to the CHI building to conduct historical research are now by appointment only.CHI encourages you, however, to enjoy the museum exhibit "The Mercy of Christ Freely Given: The First Twenty-seven Years of Missouri Synod Mission Work in India via our online resource: "Faces of Lutheran Mission Work in India," spotlighting the faith and life of six missionaries in handouts and half-sheet "bulletin inserts."
