JAYLim and his team were amazing. Not only did we choose JAYLim because their photos were beautiful, but Jay himself was very personable and comfortable to work with. I'll admit, I was a bit nervous to have my photos taken, because I can be picky about how I look in photos. But when we started, I became very comfortable very quickly. We had hired Jay shoot our wedding, and Hannah came as an assistant (but also shot some stuff as well - which was a real treat!). We absolutely love the variety of styles in their photos. All of our photos perfectly capture the joy and magic of that day!! We cannot thank Kevin, Will and the rest of the Jaylim team enough for capturing our beautiful wedding day. Their creativity in capturing special moments exceeded our expectations. They were calm and patient and we never felt stressed about taking photos. They were also very accommodating to any photo requests we had. They were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend them to anybody looking for quality photos and top notch service. THE ABSOLUTE BEST! From start to finish JayLim was a pleasure to work with. Everyone in the office is so nice and so organized. We hired Kevin for our engagement shoot, rehearsal dinner and wedding. He is AMAZING. We also used them for cinematography and John and Hannah were great additions to the team. Our engagement photos were so great that one of our friends who had already hired a photographer for her wedding switched to use JayLim. The day of the wedding they were very organized and kept everything on track. They also reacted so quickly, when the lights suddenly went off during our ceremony, and got spot lights so that they didn't miss a beat. All of our guests commented on how calm, cool and collected they were. I would absolutely recommend JayLim and hope to hire them again in the future! We're pretty discerning customers, and they were our favorite vendor, hands down. The office manager, was kind, professional, and responsive from day one. She manages all the administrative concerns which means there is no lag time in communication and nothing falls between the cracks. On the day of our wedding, Jay Team didn't miss a beat! They brought contagious positive energy, had learned our family members' names in preparation, and when our photography location had to change four days beforehand they didn't bat an eye. They were consummate professionals and felt like family by the end of the night. Our photos and videos were delivered to us within a fair time frame, and the results are truly spectacular. They did not miss a single moment. Both the photos and video show their talent for capturing natural, artistic photos and video. We will cherish them for years to come.
