A huge mistake to come to agreement with the publisher (Springer) from very first beginning (2012) to publish IAR caused that IAR had just 14 papers published(https://link.springer.com/journal/40071/5/1)instead of 19 papers accepted in 2013. In fact, Springer's stream became ceased in 3-4 months approaching to end of 2013, by changing in its internal platform of publishing from BiomedCentral to regular basis, brought about such tremendous damages to the journal's promotion. Needless to say, it is not an honor for a publisher advertising that is running about 3000 journals at the moment, perhaps in a wiser approach, handling up 300 stronger ones better serves its real reputation in effect,as well as being less hurtful to "science" too.Their alienation from "real science" rooted in their intrinsically preferences in business prosperity rather than scientific perspectives.
