IICRC, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, is a non-profit organization for the cleaning and restoration industry. This organization develops globally recognized standards to ensure the highest quality restoration products, equipment, and methods are used. Using a certified firm gives you peace of mind knowing the company is able to demonstrate they have the necessary resources, equipment, and technically trained and certified technicians. Certified technicians must pass exams based on IICRC standards and maintain their certifications through continuing education.

What can I do as a home or business owner to help move the project along smoothly?

Keep lines of communication open with your Insurance Adjuster and us, the restoration contractor. Ensure we know your preferred method of communication so questions can be answered quickly. Complete and return the required paperwork without delay. Certain stages of the cleanup and restoration of your property cannot begin without specific paperwork. When selections for finishing products such as flooring, paint, and cabinets are required make them as prompt as possible. Sometimes there can be a delay with product availability, making your selections quickly will help in keeping things on track.

Restoration specialists are technically trained and certified and specialize in property restoration damaged from wind, water, and/or fire. We are not owned by an insurance company and work with all insurance companies.
