It was pretty quick from the time of purchase to installation. We wanted it by Memorial Day and they were able to do that. They were supposed to be here at 7:00, and they got here at 6:55, knocking on the door. It was three guys and they did a very nice job with the installation. It was a little loud, drilling into the siding to attach it but it was a very good service. They did a very good job of explaining. I also like that I got to pick the color. We took the standard size and centered it over the back deck. The deck is small so the awning hangs over on either side, which we like. The SunSetter awning works really well.
