Dry cured and traditional cooked pepperoni can be customized to the customers’ specific requirements. Our fully cooked product can be smoked, and unique flavours and spices can be developed to suit the needs and requirements of the customer. Ham can be developed as Savory, Sweet or Smokey. Fully cooked and prepared as slice, dice or whole to be sliced as the customer requires. Bacon Strips and Bacon Chips fully cooked to the customer’s needs. Bacon strips and Bacon chips can be prepared with smoke or any flavour profile to create the exact product required by the customer.
