Research & Development

Any university would be proud of the research and development staff at RGF®. In fact, our staff has been involved in USDA (FSIS) and multiple university studies. They also regularly publish work in many national journals and textbooks.

They’ve already done some great things and we’re proud of what they’ve accomplished, but these folks aren’t happy to sit and bask in their accomplishments. They dream of a better and cleaner world tomorrow, so they come to work every day looking not only to improve our current systems and products but also to develop brand new ones.

The Lambogreenie

Eco-friendly isn't all about smaller engines and smaller cars. How does no emissions, 100 miles per hour, and 0-60 in four or five seconds sound? Impossible? Not with RGF®'s all-electric Lamborgreenie! We took a previously not-so-fuel efficient Lamborghini Diablo and converted it into a lean, mean, sustainable and clean machine.

We've kept all the performance while getting rid of emissions and pollution. While the electric motors and batteries keep the air outside the car fresh, RGF® air purification technology makes sure the people on the inside have crisp air too. Capable of running about two hours at highway speeds and fully charging overnight, the Lamborgreenie keeps all the best parts of this super car, and makes the rest better!

The “World’s First Environmentally Friendly Mega Yacht”

Some people see the super yacht as an outdated symbol of excess and waste, which is exactly why RGF® chose it to demonstrate our technology and commitment to sustainability. After all, if we could turn a huge yacht designed strictly for pleasure into something environmentally friendly and sustainable, anything else would be easy. To get started on the right foot, we chose to recycle a tired Broward motor yacht from the 1980s. The sturdy Broward was stripped to a bare hull and rebuilt by RGF®'s team of skilled engineers and craftsmen.

Being environmentally friendly doesn't have to mean being boring or sacrificing comfort. The M/Y Envision is luxury through and through, including a pool/hot tub, stairway to the sea, art galleries, a library, sustainably sourced exotic woods, and a casino. It's just all made better by RGF® technology. PHI-CELL® technology is utilized throughout to destroy mold spores, viruses, bacteria and other pollutants to make sure she has the freshest air, water, and food possible. Even the laundry facilities, fuel tanks, and bilge get PHI-CELL® technology.

Improvements were made everywhere - from efficiency in the water to reduce fuel consumption to reducing exhaust particulates and gases using a combination of RGF® technologies. You'll know how fresh Envision is the moment you step on board. Every drop of water is crystal clear and there's no odor of fuel, oil, exhaust, bilge or sewage. Patented Technology

RGF® is a leader in patented Industrial Environmental Technology with patents already issued and many still pending approval. We work every day to come up with new and exciting innovations that improve lives by providing the world with the safest air, water and food possible.

Our extensive list of patents includes sewage treatment, sanitizers for food and ice machines, air purifying systems for commercial use, existing HVAC systems, and even on your desk. Many of them feature our proprietary PHI-CELL® technology.

RGF’s PHI-CELL® produces airborne gaseous hydrogen peroxide by using UV light and a catalyst. Hydrogen peroxide is nature’s chosen sanitizer. Outside, it’s produced by sunlight and sometimes lightning. It’s highly effective at reducing bacteria, viruses, mold spores, gases and odors. Airborne hydrogen peroxide has also been shown to be very effective at removing viruses and bacteria from surfaces. With PHI-CELL®, RGF® has found a way to bring the power of nature’s sanitizer inside your home or office!

Quality Control

We recognize the importance of fresh air, food, and water. That’s why at RGF® is an ISO 9001 quality certified company. It’s part of the reason RGF® is fully vertically integrated to ensure the quality of all of our components every step of the way. Each one of our product lines undergoes extensive inspection throughout the manufacturing process. Components receive multi-point inspections and multiple line-level checks.

In addition to our own strict quality control procedures under ISO 9001, RGF® is an NRTL audited, EPA registered and FDA certified facility meaning we have frequent third-party examinations of our systems and processes to make sure we’re strictly adhering to our listed and recognized product safety standards. We’re good, but having extra sets of eyes never hurts. We’re always looking for ways to make our products better and safer!
