Project Description: Sitework of 124 acre site for Phase 1 industrial park – over 1,000,000 cy excavation. Work also includes 10,000 lf of storm sewer, 2,000 lf of sanitary sewer, 6,000 lf of water line, underdrain system, 4 ponds with liners, site concrete, asphalt roadways and restoration.

HACKWOODS PHASE 1 – Winchester, VA

Project Description:Sitework for 5 retirement villas on 15-acre site. This is phase 1 of 2 phases. Work includes site grading, underground utilities – storm, sanitary and water, site concrete, asphalt paving and restoration. Site is very rocky and will include extensive mass blasting and hoe ramming to obtain grades.
