Ensuring Women Have a Voice in Global Tourism

Equality In Tourism

Equality in Tourism is a non-profit organisation working to promote gender equality in destinations around the world. We work across different sectors of the tourism and the hospitality industry. We bring together people who share our vision and are working in a variety of ways to make gender equality a reality. To this end, we promote information-sharing, networking and research and the development of pilot projects that can be replicated or adapted in various locations and tourism settings.

We also offer a wide range of professional consultancy services for businesses and organisations committed to promoting gender equality within their companies and workplaces.
