Payments, Renewals and Transfers

Yes.

If purchasing a .Kred Domain on Domains.Kred, simply choose your preferred currency at the checkout.

You can renew and extend the expiry date of any existing .Kred Domain by paying the required fee at any time, either:

You can renew your name at any time during the period for which you have paid registration.

Once your Domain Token registration expires, Kred may offer a discretionary 60 day Renewal Grace Period in which you can regain access to your name.

During this period:

The Domain Token image will show Expired to avoid misrepresentation if the name is sold during this period.The Domain Token holder cannot manage the ENS settings of the domain.The ENS wallet address (if any) is cleared to prevent accidental transfers to a name which was intentionally left to expire.DNS records are updated to point to holding page showing that the domain associated with the Domain Token has expired, with a link for the owner to renew.

Following the Renewal Grace Period, your domain will be deleted and will be available for registration by someone else.

Making sure you renew before your domain expires will prevent someone else from registering it and taking control.

[fa icon="plus-square"]Do I need to renew my Kred Domain Token? No. When renewing your .Kred Domain, your Token is automatically renewed with it.

Every .Kred Domain is registered on the blockchain with a unique, ERC-721 Kred Domain Token.

The Kred Domain Token facilitates instant transfer of the domain and captures the monetary and social value of its associated websites and wallets.

When transferring your Token, you acknowledge that you are also transferring the ownership of your Kred Domain to the new user and will no longer control its settings. [fa icon="plus-square"]Can I create my own subdomains on a Kred Domain Token? Yes! You can create whatever subdomains you wish, and assign ownership of them to other people if you desire.
