Founded in 2014

The Deep End Games is an independent game developer based out of the Boston area. The Deep End started when a married couple had an idea for a game they simply had to make reality. With no intention of building a company, they began prototyping the concept and before they knew it, they had Kickstarted the project and Amanda and Bill were officially making Perception from their basement. Having gone from AAA (BioShock, BioShock Infinte) to Indie has been an exciting journey leading to our latest passion project in Romancelvania.

They are thrilled to continue bringing their unique brand of "scary fun" genre mashups to the world.

Romancelvania

Romancelvania is a visually stunning action RPG that features in-depth weapon and magic based combat, exploration based platforming, and a cast of gorgeous monsters that you won’t be able to resist.

Perception

Perception is a tense first-person psychological narrative adventure that tells the story of Cassie, a blind heroine who uses her extraordinary hearing and razor-sharp wits to unravel the mysteries of an abandoned estate that haunts her dreams. After months of research, she discovers an abandoned mansion in Gloucester, MA. Once there, Cassie finds that Echo Bluff is worse than her nightmares. A ghastly Presence has tormented its inhabitants over generations, and it now hunts Cassie. She must solve the estate's mysteries or become one of its victims.
