WOMEN IN CLIMATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP (WICE)
Entrepreneurship and innovation are essential in the fight against climate change. At Climate Collective Foundation, we strongly believe that one of the ways to achieve a sustainable world is through challenging the current business models and rapidly commercialising disruptive innovation. However, a truly sustainable world has to be diverse and inclusive.
Women are more affected by climate change and yet climate tech sector is currently a male dominated field. Climate Collective Foundation’s flagship initiative, Women in Climate Entrepreneurship addresses the existing gaps for the women-led startups and aims to empower women to unleash their innovative potential.
WICE aims to make entrepreneurship more inclusive and accessible by:
Equipping female students and graduates with climate change knowledge
Enhancing entrepreneurial abilities to instill confidence to pursue entrepreneurship
Providing business literacy skills, mentorship and networking support to early stage ventures

A 6-week climate entrepreneurship program for women enrolled in technical programs in universities like Masters/PhD

A 9-month certificate course on climate entrepreneurship for young women graduates

A 5-month pre-accelerator program for women led startups in climate innovation

Knowledge support modules for women-led climate startups incubated in other programs
