It reports on the latest research findings innovative approaches for agriculture production and socio-economic development.

agriculture and rural development;agricultural economics;management;agribusiness;agrarian policy;information systems;social economy;rural sociology.The editorial-scientific board seeks to ensure that issues are varied and broad in scope, that they focus on topical issues in and across the disciplines. The range of knowledge and expertise of the board members ensures high quality papers and allows for a comprehensive academic review of contributions that span wide spectrum of issues, methods, theoretical approach and development practices.
Russian Journal of Agricultural and Socio-Economic Sciences is issued monthly since January 2012.
Since February 2012 RJOAS is indexing inAGRISof the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
