All employer notices and information required by Labor Code Section 6409.6 (AB 685) and Cal/OSHA’s temporary COVID-19 standards to be sent to the Northern California District Council of Laborers and its affiliated Local Unions (“Union”) as the labor representative of your employees who are Union members, shall be emailed or faxed to the Northern California District Council of Laborers as below.
