March 11, 2020To each of our church partners and local attendees, thank you so much for choosing to be a part of this years Tragedy Into Triumph event!   The response to this years event has been overwhelming, and our largest response to date.  We do not take lightly your partnering with us to tell others how God brings TRIUMPH to broken and hurting lives.I am sure you are aware that there is great concern nationally for the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  This concern reached new heights in the state of Ohio when our Governor, Mike DeWine, issued a State of Emergency for the state of Ohio and recommended, among other things, that large gatherings be suspended and that universities move to online education until the threat of this virus passes.Because of these circumstances, and the fact that our event is hosted by Mount Vernon Nazarene University which has suspended in-seat education until March 29, we have no choice but to cancel Tragedy Into Triumph for 2020.  This certainly is not our desire, but it is our responsibility to adhere to the recommendations of our health and government officials and to keep people that attend our events safe.We have already set the dates for next year (March 16-18, 2021) and it is our hope that we will be able to offer many of the same speakers next year.
