As we wait out the isolation and hardship of this pandemic, I am here to remind you that the darkness will eventually lift and we The Hope of St. Jude Dear Friend of St. Jude, As we are bombarded daily and even hourly with news about COVID-19, you’re probably struggling with concerns about your own health and that of your loved ones. This insidious and deadly virus looms over us, leaving us anxious and fearful… and alone. This pandemic has caused many to suffer despair . You are Never Alone Dear Friend of St. Jude, Please know you are in my thoughts every day as we make our way together through these difficult times. While you may experience the daily isolation on your own, you are not alone because our priests and brothers remain committed to your spiritual care now more than ever! To thank you for your Please pray to St. Jude when you are feeling miserable, sad, or troubled. I had been very stressed over some financial issues and was losing hope. I was feeling all these negative emotions when I started praying with all my heart to St. Jude. AMEN! AMEN! AMEN! My prayers were answered in just 3 days. I am grateful and still amazed by how St. Jude performed this miracle for me. Now I know, he is listening and with us when we pray to him. We just have to be patient and believe. Thank you God for giving your blessings to St. Jude to answer our prayers. Worry not. Just have faith, pray with all your heart, and believe! I made a pilgrimage to the Shrine to pray specifically for my children who were all struggling with employment issues. Within one week, my oldest son was offered a new position with the company he works for with an 8% salary increase and a four day work week. This will allow him more time to spend with his wife and daughter. Within two weeks, my oldest daughter received two interview requests and was offered two different positions. Within three weeks, my youngest son was offered an entrepreneurial opportunity and a part time job, which he took. Thank you St. Jude for your intercession on my prayers for my children as well as on other prayers for myself. I wear my relic every day to remind myself that one has only to ask for help to receive it. Thank you St. Jude for always being there for me. Recently I had been suffering from an anxiety disorder that at times paralyzed me. During my recent move, I came across my St. Jude Novena prayer and began to pray. I felt that I had reached the end. Within moments of praying this Novena, I felt great relief and the darkness lifting. I continue to pray this Novena daily, and I once again look forward to what God has planned for me. It is with a great and renewed spirit that I honor you and profess my devotion to you. St. Jude, please pray for all teachers! I lost my teaching position at the end of last school year. I live in a very tight job market, and it is very difficult to find an elementary teaching position. I prayed to St. Jude. My close friends and family members prayed to St. Jude. I continued to put my faith in the Lord Jesus, and I was offered and accepted a teaching position. School starts today. Thank you St. Jude! I am a triple cancer survivor, having had a tumor on my right kidney removed over 25 years ago, prostate cancer over 6 years ago, and a brush with skin cancer more recently. Thank you everybody for all your prayers, and thank you God and St. Jude for hearing them. It s strange; I m not Catholic, nor even a regular churchgoer, but I have come to believe in the powers of St. Jude. Thank you. I began a Novena to St. Jude to help my family find housing. We had to move out of our home quickly and were not finding any place to live. By the third day of the Novena, we were offered a beautiful home to rent. Thank you St. Jude for your intercession now and in the past. Thank you St. Jude for your recent prayers. A heartwarming incident happened yesterday that could only be called a miracle. Our landlord actually lowered our rent for the next six months because she has seen us struggle to pay the rent due to not having either a job or disability income. In today s world, people do not take the time to really help one another! Please continue to ask St. Jude to assist those in need throughout the world. We ask for special prayers for financial blessings and are thankful for this most recent financial miracle! Our son was in a terrible accident and had a severe traumatic brain injury which left him in a coma and in critical condition. He was in the hospital for 47 days. Following our Novena to St. Jude, our son immediately started to recover quickly and is now back at work. We are so grateful to St. Jude and highly recommend praying to St. Jude for anyone going through difficult times. Thank you St. Jude for your intercession on behalf of my daughter. She needed to pay her property taxes and was short about $1,500. If the taxes were not paid, she would lose her home. When I prayed to St. Jude, she received the money needed plus extra and was able to save her home. Thank you always for prayers answered! My husband and I worked for a family for the past 10 years and lost our jobs in the wink of an eye. We were so devastated and felt so much pain and agony. We did not know where to go and who to reach out to until my friend gave us a small prayer book. Together, we prayed and asked St. Jude to help us find new jobs. He answered our prayers. He gave us the best employer and the best place to live. We used to live in New Jersey where winters were so terrible. We are now in Florida, not only enjoying the weather, but enjoying the time of our lives. Our wish is to visit the Shrine and thank St. Jude for all his blessings. My daughter was visiting a friend in Japan when super typhoon Neoguri passed over the island. It was rated a category 5. I quickly prayed to St. Jude for her safety. Miraculously, she reported that the apartment in which she was staying experienced hardly any wind or rain even though 155 mph winds and 46 foot high waves were reported in that region. I am grateful to St. Jude who heard my prayers and interceded for my daughter s safety. THANK YOU ST. JUDE! Thank you St. Jude for helping me with the woman I love. My marriage and life were in terrible despair. She sent me a St. Jude medal and after saying the first novena, she called me on the phone. The second day, I requested for her heart to be enlightened, and on the third day, I asked that we be friends. All of the requests have come true so far. Christmas Day will be the ninth day of the novena. Could this truly be the miracle of Christmas? I believe it will be. Thank you St. Jude. My son is a heroin addict. I have taken him four times in the last two weeks to try to get him into rehab. I started saying the prayer to St. Jude, and today, the ninth day I said the prayer, Josh got up, walked to intake and stayed until they took him to detox. Thank you St. Jude for answering my prayer. My wife and son have been in Mexico for over 4 years since my son was 3 months old. I have gone through tough times without them. I recently started praying the novena. Last week we received word that my wife s immigration case was approved and are awaiting a date for the visa issuance. I did not know how that would be possible but just trusted St. Jude. On the 9th day he got a message saying he would not be going. I am still in utter shock and joy. I prayed to St. Jude to allow me to be with my family this month of November instead of being away due to military orders. Because of miracles and wondrous deeds I have been released of my duties this month and am able to stay. I cannot express my faith and gratitude in God and St. Jude. You have answered my prayer and blessed me. I shall be forever grateful and pay devotion to you forever. I recently said my first St. Jude Novena. I was desperately frightened for my family because of some serious problems my husband was dealing with. He is a recovering alcoholic who is really struggling and battling through the recovery process. Before I even completed the novena, a healing and restoration that I never expected occurred. I always asked St. Jude for intercession whenever I took my exams in college and he let me go through college like a breeze. I decided to pursue my career here in the USA. I had to take a series of exams and interview to make it here. I almost lost hope because we didn t have any money to pay for the exams. My husband and I sought St. Jude s help again and he did not fail us. After one and a half years of waiting, I did pass all the required examinations and interviews and I was able to bring my family with me here in the USA. I had just finished law school and taken the Bar exam I failed it twice. Each failure was a devastating blow. My life, job, everything was on hold until I could pass the Bar. The third, and last time I took it, I began going back to church; finding that simply believing in God was not enough. I could do nothing great on my own in this world without his grace. I came upon a novena to St. Jude, a saint whose intercession was sought for in desperate and lost causes. I prayed the novena way past it s 9  day timing, from July to November when Bar results came out. I passed. I am thankful to God and Jesus but also incredibly thankful for St. Jude and his intercession on my behalf. About 4 years ago I had applied to law school. There was one law school in particular that I wanted to attend, so I prayed the novena to St. Jude. After some time, I received a rejection letter. The school did not accept me. Miraculously, however, a few weeks after having been turned down by the school, I received ANOTHER letter from them. I had been ACCEPTED! No one has ever been able to explain to me what happened. I was not on a waiting list; I had been completed rejected. Thanks be to God and thanks to St. Jude however I was miraculously accepted. God is good and hears our prayers. St. Jude works! Thank you St. Jude for enlightening the heart of the woman that I love. My marriage and life with the woman I love are in terrible despair. I prayed to St. Jude every day that they might find someone to enjoy life with and find happiness and stability. On the very same weekend, they both met people who seem like the perfect match for them. St. Jude works miracles. I will be forever devoted. Back in 2006 I was betrayed by a girl who cruelly disappeared on me. I was crushed and my mom said a prayer to St. Jude for me to find someone else. But I had no hope of ever finding someone I could trust. A few months later, I met an angel named Cindy. We are still together 3 years later. Cindy is a blessing and has restored my faith and belief that anything in life is possible with a prayer to St. Jude. My wife and I recently relocated to Raleigh, NC and I prayed the St. Jude Novena for 18 days asking to help us sell our house in this very bad economy and to help me find a job when we get to Raleigh. My prayers were answered after our house was on the market for only 2 months and we were able to relocate without worrying about making ends meet. St. Jude also helped me find a job in Raleigh and made the transition easy for us. I am forever grateful, will continue acts of charity and encourage devotion to St. Jude. Thank you, St. Jude, for always answering my prayers and continuing to give me hope when I feel all hope is gone. We were devastated and felt so much pain and agony not knowing where to go and who to reach to until my friend gave us a small prayer book. I feel so connected to the prayer for St. Jude. We are now in Tampa, FL not only enjoying the weather but enjoying the ride of life our wish is to visit the shrine and thank St. Jude for all the blessings. I was unable to have children after many surgeries and a few doctors in various states, I gave birth in April 2004 at 41 years old to a beautiful baby girl named Abigail. Thank you for our wonderful daughter. I will be forever grateful. Thank you, St. Jude, for making it possible for us to adopt our beautiful daughter, Anastasia. You truly worked a miracle. He had a staph infection that damaged his lungs and was attacking his brain. Two ladies had come to visit and both had told my daughter to pray to St. Jude which I did, and my grandson is home now and I am grateful to St. Jude for my grandson s healing. When my daughter was one month old she was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. When we left the hospital she was running a very high fever. We prayed with all of our hearts and soul to St. Jude and when we went back to the hospital my daughter did not have a fever. Not even the doctors could believe this. Today she is healthy and is attending college. I thank God and St. Jude for this. I had been very stressed over some financial issues and was losing hope. I was feeling all these negative emotions when I started praying to St. Jude. Thank you St. Jude for my prayers were answered in just 3 days. In my heart and in my mind I knew it was you when I was seeing the miracle happening before my eyes. You gave me back my hope. For that I thank you St. Jude. I want to thank you so much St. Jude for helping me get my new job. I prayed your novena and within two months you helped me obtain employment with a great ethical company. I have a renewed passion for my line of work again and have not been happier in  years. I will never forget the help you gave me. Thank you, St. Jude, for interceding on my behalf.
