Her follow -up and checking in on matters resolved are commendable. I recall experiencing these similar professional standards of service by a lady named Rosalind many years ago when my family and I visited every year during the December/January holidays. FANTASTIC LOCATION, GREAT FURNISHINGHave stayed here many times. Love the location. It's right on top of Glen Waverley train station, so it's very convenient for travelling to the city etc. It's also surrounded by lots of restaurants and walking distance to The Glen, which has supermarkets and shops. The apartment is also fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer etc. EXCELLENT STAFFStaff were excellent. Location is great for transport.
