Extremely helpful and attentive The team were extremely helpful and attentive although the way through the process. They are all very knowledgeable and the technology they use is so up to date it makes it easy. I would highly recommend them. I rented a lovely small but very luxury flat in Newquay with the intention of a 12 month contract, unfortunately for me and unforeseen circumstances things didn t go quite to plan therefore at a small fee I was about to market the property again which was taken on by the team tasked to find a new tenant, Lisa put all efforts into this situation for me, reducing any stress and anxiety with utmost professionalism and in a timely manner.I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Kernow Property Services and their team to anyone in the future. Absolutely brilliant, contactable and kept us in the loop at all times. We rented through KPS for just under a year. Despite the property we rented being in poor repair with outdated white goods (furnished) they fought for us at every step to get things repaired and replaced. (We had boiler, washing machine, fridge, oven heating element replaced as well as other repairs). They have been absolutely brilliant, contactable and kept us in the loop at all times.
