All data we collect is stored in a secure place or on our computer systems that are password protected (along with other levels of electronic security). We want to assure you that we are very interested in maintaining strict confidentiality of your information and that no personal information will be given to unaffiliated parties, except as stated in this policy, unless we are legally required to do so. Retaining Your Personal Data We will retain your data unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Limited data will be maintained indefinitely for accounting purposes, and if you attend or staff classes with us to keep a record of your achievements.
