For more information on the mandate, click here.Prior to your trip, be sure to register the Self-Quarantine form and complete the Mandatory Travel Declaration. Do not sign quarantine registration form ahead of time as an airport agent must witness signature and initials.If you’re connecting through Honolulu airport, you will go through the quarantine check-in process in Honolulu, before proceeding to your next destination.Upon disembarking the aircraft your temperature will be taken.  They are concerned with temperatures over 100.4 degrees.You will then be routed to an airport personnel who will:Lookup your destination address in county property records to make sure it is a legitimate address.Call the number listed on your paperwork to ensure it is a working mobile number.Sign a two page agreement that covers the terms of quarantine.You are then free to continue onward.Visitors subject to quarantine are not allowed to rent a car. It includes the oldest church on the island, Makuakaua, and to the right is the Hulihee Palace.Known for his realistic portrayals of marine and landscapes of the Hawaiian Isles, Mr. Thomas' love of the islands shines through his art. You can find Robert Thomas originals and prints a short walk down Alii Dr., towards old time Kona, at the Colors of Paradise Gallery, (located at Coconut Grove) 75-5808 Alii Drive Suite D, Kailua-Kona.
