The restaurant where my wedding would be cancelled because they can not accommodate the amount of guests. They quickly refunded my money with compassion and showed me that they were just as disappointed as I was. Next I called the actuall hotel and they told that the third party, Reservation counter had to call them to cancel and the hotel would waive cancellation fees because it was completely out of my hands. Roger, supervisor ID 22377 was very unpleasant and was uncaring. He did not care and just kept saying he could do nothing and was very rude. I will definitely let other know never to book with them.
