Whileseveral passengers were recently riding on the Septa(SoutheasternPennsylvania Transportation Authority)line,a woman was being raped before their eyes.Ratherthan band together to help, they simply ignoredherpressing need. The assault, recorded onthe trainssurveillancecameras, went on for eight minutes.

Atthe very least, one of these passengers could havecalled911. By doing so, help would havearrived intimeto apprehend the suspect in the act.
