A Note from The Sweetish Baker

Since opening the retail store in 2020 The Sweetish Baker has had quite the journey. There was Covid, constant staffing issues, and a lengthy construction project resulting in the closing of our retail shop. 
The road has continued to be a challenge, and finding adequate staff has gotten more and more difficult. I've reluctantly decided to cease production on most products, but we will still be offering our full line of granola, our coveted biscotti, and several types of cookies. I haven't yet decided what will happen in the future, but time will tell. Thank you all who have supported my business throughout the years, I couldn't have done this without you!

I believe in great flavors and great local food. That's why I started The Sweetish Baker. I grew up at the Great Barrington Farmers Market, getting to know the men and women who grew food in our community in the early 90s. I wanted to create delicious baked goods that highlighted these beautiful fruits and vegetables that have been grown with such integrity. I now sell my pies, galettes, granola, pastries, and more at Farmers Markets and local grocers and shops throughout the Berkshires. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something to take home and share, I've got just the thing for you.
